That Guy hosted a comedy show in Lisbon!

OH SNAP I HOSTED A COMEDY SHOW HERE IN LISBON. I was just getting used to NOT being nervous before shows and then bam curveball. It went really well tho for my first time! It was a show headlined by Ben Friedman.

Cool dude. Loves Basketball. Stand up comedy. Damn shame we didn’t meet until his last couple of weeks here. So the show was basically a big goodbye to Ben as he finished his studies here. He asked me to be the host and I was so down to try. He had been hosting shows for O Zebras for a while, and he gave me a great crash course before the show.

I tried to come up with some jokes between introducing the comedians. It’s not easy coming up with random shit on the spot but I got some laughs in between.

In addition to Bem headlining, I opened the show for Matthew Corrozo, and Vasco Elvas. Funny, funny awesome people. The crowd was engaged the whole time. Everyone seemed happy. I had fun. To top it all off O Zebras asked me to host their next show on June 18th! How cool is that!? That’s still pretty far out though. I need to get ready for the show in Porto on the 4th.

An exciting couple of weeks. I hope it doesn’t slow down. More laughing is more better.
